Our Commitment to Quality
Every piece of Sensalik jewellery goes through multiple quality checks before it is shipped. We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives a product that meets our high standards.
1-Year Colour & Tarnish Warranty
Sensalik offers a 1-year warranty against rust, tarnishing, and colour fading on all jewellery pieces, effective from the date of purchase. If your item rusts, tarnishes, or loses its colour within 12 months of purchase, we will provide a replacement of the same item or a store credit of equal value — your choice.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers the following defects when they occur under normal use and proper care:
- Rust or corrosion of metal components
- Tarnishing (darkening or dulling of the metal surface)
- Colour fading or significant discolouration of plating or coating
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- General cosmetic wear — minor surface scratches, scuffs, or dulling caused by everyday friction are a natural result of normal use and are not covered
- Damage from inappropriate use, negligence, or accidental breakage
- Modifications or attempted repairs carried out by anyone other than Sensalik
- Damage caused by improper storage or failure to follow our Care Instructions
- Lost or stolen items
- Items purchased from unauthorised third-party resellers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Take a clear photo of the affected area of your jewellery.
- Contact us through our Contact page and include the photo along with your name and the email address used for your original order.
- Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and confirm whether it is covered.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit as you prefer.
We reserve the right to request additional information if necessary to assess a claim.
Workmanship Defects on Arrival
If you notice a defect in workmanship when you receive your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. This type of issue is handled under our Returns and Exchanges policy.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
Although our jewellery is advertised as hypoallergenic (unlikely to cause allergic reactions), individual sensitivities vary. Sensalik takes no responsibility for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may result from wearing our jewellery. It is the customer's responsibility to take appropriate precautions.
