Shipping
Do small orders qualify for free shipping?
Yes! We proudly offer shipping for free across Canada and the USA, regardless of how much you are spending on your order. Note that 'Add On' items (such as earring backings) do not qualify for free shipping on their own and must be purchased with another item.
What type of packaging do you use for shipping?
We ship Sensalik branded bubble packaging which contain a Sensalik branded pouch with your jewellery protected inside.
Which shipping provider do you use?
We use Canada Post for free shipping (USPS for the USA) and Xpresspost for expedited shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order with free shipping?
It will take about 3-8 business days for standard free shipping across Canada and the USA.
Do you ship outside of Canada and the USA?
We currently only operate in Canada and the USA.
Can you ship to a Canadian PO Box?
Yes, we can.
Ordering
Can I change an order after I placed it?
You might be able to. Send us an email at contact@sensalik.ca with your order number as soon as you can and we will try to help. If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date your order was placed. Items must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. However, note that you would be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your item(s) back in the same (or similar) packaging you received it in. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing refunds and exchanges. See our Returns and Exchanges page for more details.

How long have you been in business?
Sensalik Jewellery was launched in November of 2022.

We are based out of beautiful London, Ontario, Canada.
