Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Canada. We previously offered shipping to the United States. At this time, U.S. shipping is paused due to ongoing tariff and import‑related considerations. We may reopen shipping to the U.S. market once the tariff situation stabilizes and we can ensure fair, predictable costs for our customers.

Fulfillment Turnaround Time

Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days of being received.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email from Sensalik. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your Promotions or Spam folders. For custom orders such as custom name necklaces, turnaround time will be longer (usually weeks) and is outlined in the product description and checkout pages.

FREE Shipping Across Canada

We proudly offer free standard ground shipping on all Canadian orders over $50.
Once fulfilled, your package will typically arrive within 3–6 business days.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
This option generally reduces delivery time to 2–4 business days, instead of the standard 3–6 days.

Packaging

To ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented, all orders are shipped in Sensalik‑branded protective bubble mailers. Inside, your items are secured in Sensalik pouches and/or jewellery boxes designed to protect them during transit.
